So for the boutique she included business registration, business accounts, taxes paid, client list etc? For property show leases on it.

We showed business registration and taxes . And for property it’s commercial land .

So business in her name only. If commercial then no tenants? Hard to get approved from India these days. Guessing no travel history. If her only refusal then seek guidance from immigration lawyer for next steps.

Got refusal on a dual intent TRV for my spouse (after getting AOR ).
Applied on March 25th , refusal on April 20.
We had attached her current job's leave approval/NOC, job offer letter, bank statements ( 30k CAD maintained over a period of 6 months).
Reason of visit was 2 weeks in August to celebrate her birthday.

The officer's decision note stated that the client has not indicated any employment. Really baffled as how this would happen !

Also got refused again for my husband’s visa. These stupid reasons are so vague and the mention of economic assets, we showed over $30k in liquid cash with an employment with Africa’s largest LNG plant. I’m genuinely baffled at this. Ties, ties, ties… Almost like I should leave Canada so my spouse can earn “2 weeks” visiting me for my graduation.. Done with this stupid process, just going to wait for PPR on PR.. I’m so frustrated!!
