Hello, I have a question.

I received the Quebec Selection Certificate and I am currently applying for the Permanent Residence (My application is being evaluated).

I need to go to Montreal for 1 week to present an exam, can I apply for a visitor visa or will I be rejected ?

Your visitor visa approval will depend on your ties to your home country, even while you have a PR application in process. You will have to declare your PR application in the TRV application form.

I got a TRV approved while my Express Entry/PR application was in process.
