I'm not sure if anyone else has had an experience similar to this.
My husband's PR application is in process, he passed his interview on February 18 amd had to redo his medical and provide an updated police clearance.
Can he still apply for a visitor visa so that he can come wait out the rest of this process in Canada?
He was previously approved for a single entry visa in November 2015 and was in Canada until he had to return to Doninican Republic for his interview in February
