My wife and son visa refused with the reason….what should i do for reapplication


• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

Help me ….3.3 cr property on my wife name and 26 lac funds liquid and fd

5.5 cr property by my name for support the application …30 lac liquid and fd funds by my name…i am not accompanying them…running three business … all evaluation enclosed with the application

now what should i do…. Help me

How long was visit? Why are they visiting? Who is in Canada? What ties did they show to return (job letter with approved leave, tuition paid and registered for school)? Travel history to UK, US, NZ or AUS? Have you or your spouse ever been banned from Canada? If so, bans will have an impact on future visas (second reason for refusal). Also depends on why banned too.

Nothing to do with funds and don’t know how much that is in Canadian dollars. Plus your businesses are in your name so not a tie. Tie for you, not them.

if time is not an issue, you should go for it. Visa officer records detailed refusal notes with respect to your application

CAIPS notes haven’t existed in years so you mean GCMS notes.
