Invitation letter- purpose of visit-day to day itinerary
How does it work. While I am inviting my sister. I am writing invitation letter for her does my sister has to write a letter as well. Is it two way letter or it should be one letter from both side. Is it a better idea to have letter form both side to give clear idea to the officer.

My suggestions:
1. Invitation letter from you addressed to the visa officer

2. Cover letter from your sister: Separate sections for Host/Applicant details + Purpose of visit in a few sentences + Strong ties to the home country (sub-sections/tabular format for Employment + Property/land ownership or lease + Financial situation + Family ties + Travel History) + Why she must return home by XX date

3. Purpose of visit from your sister: Detailed day-by-day plan for the visit (sightseeing, meeting you, activities, stay at home on some days) with expense estimates

1-Financial Supporting documents

#- Bank Statement for the past 4 months

#- Lease documents showing ownership

#- Invitation Letter from Me providing the money on top of above 2 points (I will provide)


2- Proof Of Husband and Wife

#- Notarized copy of original Nikha nama

#- Notarized English translation of Nikha nama

#- Notarized copy of Marriage Registration Certificate

#- Notarized CNIC copies


3-Passport

#- Notarized copy of Passports biodata page (1st and 2nd pages)

#- Notarized copy of Any pages with stamps , Visas or marking. Saudi Visa page entry and exit page


4-Proof Of Relationship in Canada ( I will provide)

#- Copy of my passport page (Do not notarize)

#- My Birth Certificate showing Parents names

#- Invitation letter from me

#- My pay stub/PR/residence documents, if required


5-Application Form (IMM5257E) & Family Information Form (IMM5645)

#- Application Form and Family information form of both (Ami and Abu) duly filled, signed and dated

#- Visa application fees receipts

#- Visa application consent forms duly signed and dated.

#- Document checklist form IMM5484E

#- Schedule-1-IMM5257

8-Digital Photo

#- 2 photographs of each (2x Ami and 2x Abu)

Please I still find it difficult understanding all other these is like im new to this..
My sister has sent me the invite letter.. So does it mean I should also write another invite letter again?? And please after that what I'm I supposed to do.. And to what duration should I submit all the necessary documentations please kindly help me because I'm totally lost in this..
