Due to COVID, I'm still in Canada, unable to fly home. I did a visitor extension and got a visitor record until the day of my flight. however, that flight was cancelled as well, and I was trying to do another extension, but I do not have the option anymore on my GC key account. Anyone knows why? We are still waiting for the final decision on my permanent residence if that makes any difference (still shows in process on the online tool tho).
