I got approval for my Visitor Record on June 30, 2021, unfortunately, they made mistake on my Family name so I have to send it back to IRCC with Form IMM 1436 (Amendment).
It's been 2 months now that I have not received any updates from IRCC so I called the Help Center and just found out that in their system they have my family name when I was single. When I applied my visitor record all the forms and even my passport have a FRASER (married) so now I want to send a Webform to Amend it.
I am not sure what type of application /inquiry I should select in the WEB FROM.
My question is should I select "CHANGE OF CONTACT INFORMATION" or " REPLACEMENT DOCUMENTS, AMENDMENTS AND VERIFICATION OF STATUS DOCUMENTS"?
If anyone here has the same experience or has any idea about this please feel free to share your thoughts.
