Okay thankyou so much. One last question Have you heard any strict questioning if parents are coming (.because they are alone they need to visit us.)

if they keep coming for extended stays with no extended stays in there country it’ll appear they are attempting to live here
That’s why people get refused
Them being alone after you decided to immigrate in the scheme of things is irrelevant

It’s irresponsible for everyone to immigrate, leaving the parents behind if they are so important

Nobody can predict what will happen when they try to enter Canada or how long they may be able to visit the next time. The big issue that you seem to be avoiding is that parent sponsorship is not guaranteed and even when/if they open up PGWP there will be a huge volume of applicants with limited spots so you need to have a plan B for care in their home country. I assume there is a good chance that the PGP program will need to prioritize applicants by length of time living or working in Canada for example and hopefully income will be cross-referenced with CRA at the EOI stage to prevent many from applying not meeting LICO. As supervisa may allow them to visit for longer periods of time but that is not a permanent move to Canada. The increase length of allowable visit is giving many the false sense that this is a permanent move.

Jeet , my point is : refusal is from today.do you mean from today 6 months they will count? Because they already left when application was in processing. It has been already 6-7 months from when they left the country.
Did you cancel the application to extend their stay when they left months ago?

Remember if they apply for any visa/PR in the future, they need to enter this refusal.
