How can I prove you guys I got that letter without stating to leave Canada in 90 days can I post a screenshot of it here
It doesn't matter. You're out of status regardless what the letter said.

If PR status is important to you, then you need to play this safe, leave Canada, return to your home country. and submit your application once you are outside of Canada.

I agree, when you submit your PR application you either have to have a status in Canada or apply from your country.

You can use the pandemic as a mitigating circumstance when you address why you overstayed in Canada in your application, but right now you have no real options really to remain in Canada. It's highly unlikely you will get granted another visitor visa.

At least you haven't continued working while you've been out of status which is good. So i would return home and submit your application and wait.
