VISITOR RECORD - No re-entry authorized. Can I go to US and come back?

Guys, quick question...

My girlfriend got her stay in canada shortened with a Visitor Record saying she should leave the country by March 31st and this Visitor Record does not allow re-entry. We plan on going to Niagara Falls tomorrow and cross the border to visit Buffalo and come back to Toronto.

Should we run into any issues considering her visa situation?

1. As long as she only visits the US or St. Pierre et Miquelon and returns prior to 31/03/16 she will be readmitted

Thank you for your reply. So it means there's no chance she might run intro trouble at the border? We're super afraid of anything bad happening. I have PR and we plan on getting married and applying for sponsor + extension soon here in Ontario.
