I have been working here in Canada for around 4 years and 3 months on an open work permit which was based on my wife's study permit,now my wife has her post graduation work permit and is looking for a job,my work permit expired on Nov 30 2019 so I had to leave my job just before this as I couldn't get my work permit extended as the conditions are that my wife gets a job and we submit 3 pay stubs of her job,I already have a visitor permit extension in place so that I dont have to leave Canada,now my grandfather got very sick suddenly and I want to go visit him but the visa application is still 3 months behind as per current processing time,is it risky to go and Apply for a new visitor visa/TRV from India??, Would it be refused,please share your thoughts and help out ASAP....
