hello friend can you give me an advice for my case right now,im a work permit status before and its already expired and i apply my visitor status and they approved my application.so right now my status change as a visitor and i got an LMO approved already but without in my name so my employer send already a request from service canada attached my name on the LMO until now the result from service canada not yet arrived. the problem is the LMO its already expired last july 25. my consultant decide not to wait the released of ,my LMO from the service canada that attached on my name.we apply a work permit outside canada thru paper application in new york last july 22 and they received there by july 23 in cic new york before the expiration of an LMO. we just include the document of an LMO number that is blank without on my name. my visitor case status will be ended to expired on oct 5.i have 43 days left to transmit on my online application for visitor visa based on that site.so i just want to know if you can help me about the information for my case.what will be happened if my visitor ended by oct 5 without there saying any decision? coz my original passport its include on my document there.please i feel confuse and my LMO it will be okay even still the result in service canada that attached on my name still not yet arrived.i dont know what will be happened for me? i need to apply a new extension for my visitor or not? please help me thanks
