Visitor Extension

Hi, my visitor visa will expire in 28 days. I will apply for an extension. On IMM5708E there is a question asking "Name, address and relationship of any person I will visit". What could I answer? I will not visit anybody in this extension. They ask how long I plan to stay "Entrance date and leaving date". But I'm in Canada already. What should I answer?

Who do you stay with? I live with my commin law partner..i put him as technically i am "visitting" him.

Date wise put the "leaving date" as the date you would LIKE the visitor visa to be valid until. They may give you what you ask, they may give you less.
