Visitor Extension : Time given after rejection

Hi ,

While waiting for decision on my Sponsorship PR, I have applied for Extension of my Visitor visa (so that I can stay with my husband and continue doing some short term courses of my Interest).

In case Extension on my visitor visa gets declined/rejected, How much time does CIC give to book flights and return to my home country?
