I'm a man from Morocco I got a bachelor degree and wanna visit my fiancee in Canada
I don't have a job nor any bank funds and she's gonna sponsor me to visit her
Can anyone plz tell me if it can work this way (if she sponsors me I'm I gonna get an exemption from the obligation of having a job and a bank funds?)

There's an extremely high chance you will be refused if you apply now. No - the fact she is sponsoring your trip does not exempt you from showing you have funds to support your trip and ties to your home country.

I would recommend that you not apply until you can show proof of employment and your own funds. You have no ties to your home country and this time and IRCC will almost certainly think you have plans on remaining long term.

Thank you
What about waiting until we get married legally then apply do I'll have a better chance to get a visa to visit?
No - unfortunately you won't. Once you are married, CIC will pretty much assume you aren't a genuine tourist and are using the visitor visa to try to come to Canada long term.

What's your advice about getting it done the best way possible?
What if we apply for a temporary residence for me after getting married? ?

She needs to sponsor you for permanent residency (not temporary residency) once you're married.

You can certainly try applying for the TRV now. I just think your chances of being approved are extremely low with no employment / assets.
