I asked my consultant for details but he said he can't give and he said we will apply again after a month with the same doccuments. Most probably it will go to another visa officer. So it can be approved. I'm having doubt with his application process. After hearing this reply from him.

Kindly help me

Thank you in advance.

If your "consultant" is telling you that he can't give you details of your rejection, you need to get a new consultant.

If this consultant has made up any documentation, you will be banned from Canada. You can't blame it on the consultant.

Tell your consultant to give you the rejection letter and all documents they submitted. They may be committing misrepresentation and hiding it from you..

So someone you are paying, cannot give you details on your OWN application? Time to dump this consultant ,move on and find another one
Applying for a visa is not a version of musical chairs, hoping you get approved.

As well, you asked the same question in another forum. Your true intentions are to visit Canada, and convert your visitor permit to a work permit, so you aren't a true visitor ? Correct ?

Points for persistence, though :)
