My husband is being moved to Canada through his company (which operates from Canada too) and he has a valid work visa. I was also granted a W1 visa with multiple entry (his company applied for this visa on my behalf).
I am an H1B holder in the USA and i am employed full time by a US company. I am only going to visit my husband over the weekends for the next few months before i quit my job in the USA and shift to Canada for good(in the future).
My questions are:
Am i allowed to work from Canada if i need to extend my stay for a day or two to my US company?
Can i enter Canada without having a job offer from Canada ( I ask this because my visa is W1 worker visa)?
