Visiting Canada from India on the visa issued from USA

I obtained Canada visitor visa from New York while I was studying there. The place of issue is New York on the visa. I returned back to India a few months ago. Now, I am planning my vacation in Canada.

Can I visit Canada from India on the visa issued from USA?

Would appreciate members' feedback.

Yes, you can. The country where your visa was issued can be different from the country of your departure
