To be approved you need to show that you can afford to visit Canada (cash in bank accounts), ties to home country (job letter with approved leave, spouse/children, business, investment properties), travel history to the UK, US, NZ or AUS, and reasons to travel.

Why do you need to travel to Canada? Why are you coming to those two places? How long is visit? Toronto is a city and Saskatchewan is a province, and it takes 27+ hours to drive between the two places. Renting a car/flying?

You can apply for jobs but cannot work with a job offer.

You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education. Most if not all jobs posted will say that you must be a citizen, PR or a person with work authorization to apply so no point in applying for those jobs.

So the whole process can take up anywhere up to 9 months. Make sure have a lot of money to live while waiting.

No. You are a visitor. You should be coming as a tourist. Not coming to Canada to look for work. CBSA can deny you entry if coming to look for a job as it shows you have no intention to leave.

I have applied for visit visa to attend conference in canada but my biometric Instruction letter (BOL) delayed.
When I got it and submitted my biometric, then the conference I planned attending has remained 50 days only
I understand conference visit visas required 60-90 days for approval
Do I have chance of approval
