Merry Christmas!

I wished to know some possibilities of visit visa. I have a multiple entry visit visa (V-1) valid until Nov 10, 2017. I had already opened an express entry profile. I have CRS:379. I look forward to work and settle in Ontario. Currently I am working in UAE and my visa is going to expire on Jan 17, 2016. So after that if I come to Ontario on visit visa, whether I can process my Permanent residence from Ontario while staying there. Also pls advise whether I can apply for a work permit while I am staying in Ontario.

To apply for a work permit, you must first obtain a full time job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer has to obtain an approved LMIA.

Since you will only be visiting Canada, your PR application will be processed through a visa office outside of Canada (most likely your home country).

You'll need to increase your score substantially if you want to be selected under Express Entry. 379 is far too low to receive ITA.
