When you apply online, you first fill out an eligibility questionnaire. During answering step-by-step, you will see a question like this "Do you want to stay in Canada for more than 6 months". If you say 'Yes', it will show you Super Visa option. Once you choose Super Visa, it will show what documents you will require to submit. FYI, when you apply online, you answer the questions from the applicants' (your parents) point of view.
When you apply on paper, the form IMM5257 has an option on Page-2 in DETAILS OF VISIT TO CANADA section.

When you click to open drop-down list, it has "Super Visa: For Parents or Grandparents" option available.
