Visit Visa to Canada from US

Hi,

One of my friends is looking to apply for visit visa to Canada. For biometrics, it looks like we need to enter IRCC number. Any one know what this number is? Is it same as UCI number?
Also, on what email we can contact cic.

You need to wait for the Biometrics Instruction Letter from IRCC, which will have the IRCC number. It is not the same as the UCI.
