My partner came to Canada on a visit visa and has recently delivered our first baby here.
We would like to apply for her extension of visa so that the birth certificate and travel documents for the new born are prepared. Her visa is expiring in few weeks.
In her application, she is planning to mention the following reasons for extension:
a) Birth certificate and travel documents for the new born can be prepared, so the baby can also travel with her back to her home country.
B) She wants herself and the baby to be in a better condition to take a long travel.
Could someone please guide us if the above reasons are valid to ask for an extension?
Also she is attaching documents to her application suporting her intention to go back to her home country like employment letter, home owenership, etc.
