Help! My husband and i is planning to apply his mom for a supervisa. However, im on my maternity leave for now and were just wondering if it will affect the application since im not currently working. One thing more, my husband just came to canada sept. Last year and he doesnt have a permanent job for now he is on probationary for 4 months to his job as of now for he had been laid off last march.

Will it be possible that my mother-in-law will be granted for a supervisa then?

If your husband makes enough income to meet the LICO for the super visa - then you can go ahead and apply. Make sure you include your child when you calculate LICO (you should be calculating for 4 people assuming you only have one child).
