Visit Visa of a Family Member While Short on RO Days

Hi All,

so I’m currently in Canada and I’m not compliant with the residency obligation. I’ve got about a year left to become compliant again and I’m planning to stay that year

one of my family members ,who’s not from a visa free country to Canada, is planning to visit me. One of the questions on the application is ‘whom are you going to visit in Canada’ which is a bit worrying

Now, if my family member put my details on the visa application, could that trigger a residency questionnaire and eventually get my residency revoked?
