I live in Pakistan and husband in Canada. I want to visit him cuz we want to celebrate our daughter first birthday. Cud anyone pls guide that what are the requirements and how to pay the fees. WHat is the total amount of fees and will i need to go through medical

Don't think you need a medical but Pakistan needs biometrics now which cost extra.

Here's the fees info. I'm not sure how it works with a child. I'm assuming your daughter is with you in Pakistan and that you will bring her with you, but I'm not sure if you apply on the same application of not.

Someone else please advise.

to get a visit visa

-you need to show you have money and you can/or your husband can support you. You need to show money in bank account.
-letter of invitation by your husband
-your father writes letter that you will return back
-affidavit that you will go back home after you completed your visit
-return air ticket showing that you are coming back
-husband needs a medical insurance for you
-job letter or school letter that you are going on vacation and you will come back to study or work

getting visitor visa is very tough. Most important you need to show money and that you will be coming back to pakistan

Dear Yana I dont know if you will got the visa but in my casa I just have waste the money(around 300CAD)because they didnt gave me the visa even that I hade all the proofes that I will come back in my native land.

10 percent chance of success, all the best. Naveed

NOT even 10%. Since you are married they won't believe that will leave before your visit visa expires. Medical insurance is not a requirement for a visit visa. It is required for a Super-visa, (that's for parents and grandparents).

From your history it looks like your PR was recently refused due to your spouse being in default of a previous undertaking at time he submitted the application. Since you were recently refused, you probably have practically no chance of being approved for a TRV.

What you need to do is re-apply with a brand new PR app with the problem fixed (do not appeal the first rejection), and wait until your approved for PR.

Of course you can always try for a TRV and see what happens. It will have no effect on any new PR application, and will cost a couple hundred dollars.
