Visit visa declared as fiancee or bf/gf, is this okay now?

Hi, im applying visit visa to visit my fiancee, technically we are engaged but I donr have a ring yet, should I declare him as bf or giancee? or is it better to declare him as a friend? I have a strong ties to my country but I want to be on the safer side. thanl u!
