Visit visa behalf of my Bro having PR

Hello,
My bro want me to invite me on visit visa he is having PR, M from Pak currently staying in KSA.
Any guidelines please

You will have to apply for a visitor visa showing your ties to home country. Your brother's invite helps but adds no weight to your application.
Your visitor visa will be approved based on how likely you are to return after your stay on Canada which you will have to demonstrate using return tickets, your current job information, your finances and so on.
