For new IRCC portal application how to submit a new document or webform?

Hi all, I want to apply for visitor’s visa for my mom but I keep having issues with creating an ircc portal account. I keep getting " There were issues submitting your form. Request failed. Please try again later", anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?

How much time usually takes its already 1month please help

I submitted my parents application using the new portal. Today, we received a passport request, does this mean the visa is approved?

Application submission - 13th October, 2021
BIL request received - 14th October 2021
Biometric Completed - 20th October, 2021
Passport request - 27th October. 2021

Question: Just got my TRV approved & will send in my passport soon. I'm meeting my partner's family & they sent me an invitation letter for April 2, 2022 to end April.

Does anybody know what is the usual Visa "Start Date" that will be issued in this case? Will it follow the date in the invitation letter? Asking because there's been some change in the plans & im hoping to visit Canada earlier (+ leave earlier as well). Thanks!

Visa will start the day your passport is stamped by IRCC. You can travel anytime.

how u came to know that visa office is india ?

If the applicant is from India so I guess visa office would be India?
But I heard these new portal files getting processed in Canada but not sure
