hello there,
I am currently working here in Canada as live-in caregiver and I am only handling a temporary resident visa with multiple entries and valid work permit... However my employer wants to go for a vacation in hawaii and they wanted me to come with them... Is it alright to go there in the U.S with this status in which I've only been here for almost 8 months.... do I need any VISA coming over there? Looking forward to your positive response... 1, As long as your TRV is multiple entry and the work permit is valid, then you can go on the vacation.
2. The main hurdle is do you have a US visitor visa?

This information is 100% wrong. Anyone can apply for a visitor visa to the US. There is no requirement to stay in Canada for a year first.
