Hi Mani, MIDI will be more interested in your French skills than English. Also, the points for English is very less compared to the French points you can get for B2 and higher.

Improve your speaking scores. For student visa in Quebec schools (English mode of delivery) only IELTS score is enough. MIDI issue caq and CIC issues visas.
