Is there any problem if I'm still 17 years old to apply for visa? Like is it fine if I'm not yet 18? Does age matter?

At 17 you are still a minor so my assumption would be your parents would need to apply and also whilst still a minor you would need a guardian identified until you are 18 although in some provinces that could be until 19.

You will need a guardian in Canada.
