hello everyone!

this is Nihita from India

I have filed my visa on june 22nd. People who have applied visa after me have got their medicals updated but I didn't get any update

My profile
10th - 88%
12th - 92.3%
ielts - 7.0 band
but I didn't submit that document because I have got 5.5 in on band
I have got admission in an university

financials is pretty good
does my visa get refused because of this?

my only concern is would not submitting ielts effect my visa?
please get back to me asap.

It depends under which stream you submitted for example under SDS IELTS is a requirement.
But delay does not mean you have been rejected so link your application online and hope for the best.

no, not the sds. I applied under the normal one. I linked it online already and still there is no update. the only question is will my visa get refused because I didn't submit my ielts ?

Base on witnesses and practical examples of some previous applicant's applications, IELTS is a compulsory document for students whom English language isn't their first language "BUT"

Base on "SOME" VO's "LENIENCY" if an application is quite convincing without the IELTS score, they tend to overlook it but some VOs don't as they follow normal protocol of processing. It would have been best if you have submitted your IELTS score of a single module of 5.5 and an overall of 7.
