I have applied for Canadian Temp Visa on line in India and after acouple of days I was asked to submit my passport but as I was travelling I could not submit it in New Delhi. I have paid the Visa Fee and CIC has issued me a letter to submit the passport with in 30 days [till 21st Spt] I visited VFS in New Delhi where I was told it mayl take 25 to 30 days to get the passport back. Since I had to travel to USA i could not submit the same . Can I submit my passport here in New York VFS to get the visa .
