Visa without study guidance

Hello everyone

My friend is in India right now, he is 25 years old and studied only till 9th grade.He has filed his tax returns to the government as a JCB operating businessman in India. Can anyone suggest me how he can get a visa to Canada ?
i really need guidance for this and will appreciate your response.

Without a post secondary education then he is not eligible for skilled immigration programs. You can research the different programs.
