i applied for fsw and got a file no.my question is can i apply know for a vist visa after getting an invitation, shall the embasy give me visa for vist after telling them that i am waiting for a permenetvisa,any one know about that

There is no hard and fast rule that the visit visa can not be granted to someone who applied for immigration. It will depend on your personal position ( job, income, assets, travel history, purpose of visit to Canada etc) and the discretion of VO.

A FSW application does not have an impact on applying for a visitor visa. Infact you can take this as an additional opportunity to justify your documents already filed at the time of FSW application

In my case i was invited for a Business Visit to Canada and my office provided documents to be filed for the Visitor Visa and when i ordered CAIPS all those documents were on the file.

So go ahead and file your visitor visa application
