Visa tracking not working

hello everyone hoping to get some help. On May 14th my inlaws submitted their visitor visa and completed their biometrics etc. It’s now almost June and still no word back. My husband has tried tracking their application but when he does that on the visa offices website, it says no records found. Kinda worried here because we were planning to have them come to Canada July 12th.. help? Advice?

ts still pretty early, you should link their application online to get better status updates.

Make sure he is entering the correct application number information. He can't use the VFS tracking number, that's only for VFS. He has to use the application number from IRCC (V1234567890).
