Presently, I am in India and I would be applying for my Temporary Resident Visa through VFS. Do I need to validate the form and then submit the same to VFS or just take the printouts of all the forms without validating? And also regarding the fee payment, do I need to make the payment online and submit them the fee receipt or directly pay CAD 100 (TRV fees) to VFS along with their service charges?
