I am a Canadian citizen. I sponsored my mother. After all the formalities and medicals, I got a letter asking me to submit my mother's passport in India through VFS and it would take 10 working days for her passport to get stamped
I submitted on the 14th of March. I got an email stating that the passport reached Delhin on the 18th. Till today, there is no change in the status, and it is more than 10 working days already.

We had planned for my mother to travel on the 2nd of May, as some people are coming to Canada, also my mother can't travel alone.

I am counting stars!!!!

E-mail them. You can try calling the call centre, but chances are they will tell you to e-mail so send a case specific enquiry to ND.
