Visa stamping on Canadian embassy

is it possible to submit passport for visa stamping on a Canadian embassy in Moscow? Since all of Visa centers are closed in Kazakhstan and I was only given 30 days. Has anyone tried it? If so, what are the steps i should take. Thankyou!!

You should email the issuing visa office to ask about the next steps, if submission instructions in your letter are not provided.
