Hi

Is it better to apply through visa services office (they will use their firm name on the application ) or I apply personally?

Does it affect on the approval decision?

If your case is not too complicated, I would suggest apply by yourself, do research info from this forum, also you can inquire what you want to know from here as well,

there are too many senior who willing to discuss and give you all information, rather than spend money to representatives or consultant

CIC advise that using a representative doesn't make influence in the final decision, and you can confirm that here with a bunch of rejected app topics even using a representative...

Nevertheless, if you have a complicated case, with previous rejections or you really don't have a clue... Would be better using one, but a good one, and that's the hard part, finding a good one...
