I got an offer letter from mohawk college for studying automation .though i scored 35 marks in maths they told to write an exam while reaching there and i have filed for my visa online but after 3 weeks it got rejected by saying that 'not satisfied with the proposed course of study.not satisfied that you are not a genuine student who would depart canada at the end of stay.i cannot wait for the caipse file because it take one month .its only 15 day from aug 1 the last date for visa application. If i change my course from automation to business studies the course in which math is not required will there be any chance of rejection again.this time i am going to file visa with all the proof under general conditions .xan you qive advice about this .i think the only reason they rejected my visa becuse i opted course in which i dosent meet any condition applied by them i got only 35 in maths and the offer letter says above 50 percent in maths.can i request for other course and without maths.this time can i expect some thing positive..pls help me because i need to go for this intake in sept

Yes - of course there's still a chance you will be refused.

I think there would be a growing suspicion from CIC if you now change your course to business just like changing your clothes. It would highlight your objective as to just entering Canada rather than studying. I maybe wrong but that's what makes sense to me.

I suggest you to apply to the same course with the same offer letter, as the college is ready to take you. This time, strongly mention your REASON for studying that course, which is very crucial, and about the low marks thing and the re-test thing.

I think for anyone to give any objective feedback you might want to share some more background on you educational qualifications given all you have detailed is the course you applied for and fact you are thinking of flipping to business studies. If your current qualifications make no sense for the new course you will likely be rejected again.

I applied for an emergecy offer letter and will transfer money from automation to business and i think i ll keep a request letter with that showing a copy of my entrance result which i have passed sucessfully ..and will make them feel that i have passed entrance so that is the motive for me to yake automation and since i score less my second option is businesss..i scored above 50 in phy chem and comp and 89 in english will the officers reject my visa again. I need to study and get a better degree thats my aim and my intention is not to visit..since i my one year has gone and lots of hard work i have done to reach till this stage..will there be any positive response
