Visa rejection status

I have applied for may intake from Ahmedabad and i have received mail that your decision letter has been dispatched and i received passport without stamp and i also haven't received any mail regarding rejection . So what should i do ? I just got a paler from them and they wrote that you have received mail from us and i haven't received yet ? Without rejection letter i cajca reapply? Am i rejected aur approved

Well, if you have no visa in your passport, it's plain to say you are not approved Did you use an agent who may have received the communication?

How will then i know the reason for rejection . So that i can reapply!
