Hello everyone,
My name is Mohammad, I'm 28 years old, I'm from Iran, I have decided to visit Canada from 01 October till 10 October so I did my NOC in Istanbul on 06 September and today I got the rejection letter and the reasons of rejection is obvious for you all:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, based on the length of your proposed stay in Canada.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

So what did I submit as documents:
1)I'm currently working in a well know international Company. and I have 4 years work experience in this company and also 6 years before that in another company.
2) bank account with 20,000 USD.
3) An Apartment and a car documents under my name.
4) Travel History, I have been to Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, Armenian, Turkey, Dubai and Also I have multiple Schengen visas till 2020.

So I would be appreciated if anyone can help me how can I solve this issue :(

1. What was the purpose of your visit?

2. Do you have a Canadian host? If yes, are you related to him/her?

My purpose of visit was just only to sightseeing, i just wanted to see canada

I have no releative of friends or family in canada
To a visa officer, it would seem unusual if you want to visit Canada for sightseeing and not another country that's closer to where you are. You don't have any relatives/family that would make your visit more genuine/convincing.

As for your travel history, the visa officer would have considered the purpose of those visits and the length of each stay. For example, if you visited EU countries for business reasons.... or if you visited those EU countries as part of a tour group..... this would again make your 1-off intention to visit Canada for sightseeing + a visit of just 10 days to seem rather unusual. It's like why would you spend the money to travel to Canada for sightseeing for 10 days? Why not travel to another country?

Or maybe your purpose of visit is entirely different in reality.

BTW the other countries you mentioned do not help for your Canada visa

Thank you for your complete explanation.
I mostly stay in each country only for 12 days, our company have some certain rules for vacation so I'm not allowed to take more than 12 days. so I have to take only 10 days for my staying and I took to spend my vacation in Toronto. On the other hand, I have few friends from High School and I'm not very friendly with them, so I couldn't ask them to be my sponsor or send me an invitation letter.
So I want to know is there any way to reopen my case with the ambassador? can I wrote a letter and asked them to reconsider my case?
Thanks

It would help if you mentioned the purpose of your visits to other EU countries + if you visited all the EU countries in one trip.

Back to your intended Canada visit, like I mentioned earlier, it would seem unusual to want to visit when there is no compelling reason to visit + your previous travel history does not seem like a regular tourist.

It is possible that the visa officer believed you want to visit for work reasons, or to seek asylum (although this does not seem likely from your first post), or maybe for some other reason.

You can file for a judicial review in a Canadian Federal Court. Do be aware that the chances of overturning a TRV refusal through a judicial review process are almost nil. This is an expensive and long process. It would be almost impossible for you to prove that the visa officer made a mistake in refusing you.

Or your best option is to reapply from scratch when you can prove you have genuine reasons to visit Canada + and even more compelling reasons to return to Iran
