3.insufficent funds like : ( living expenses, bank statements reasons)

'a competitive study plan + good academic standing/grades + IELTS 6.5 (requirement is 6.0)

Hello,

About ties to home country:

1- We have a house that is currently under construction, it's in my Mom's name, and my father is old, he's almost 66 years old, he can't actually complete its construction alone, so I am his older son, and I am as his hand to complete the house, Can I provide a proof of our house being constructed and my father won't be able to finish it alone because of his old age?

2- I have a bank account that I use for my debit card, (except for the account that proves the financial support), can I use this account as a proof that ties me to my home country?
