The reason they quote is: Your proposed study is not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans. What does this really mean. .? Now I am going to apply under General category. .. what are the list of documents required for general category.....?

I guess the reason is your course choice.
Technical to management , give them a strong SOP stating reasons why you choose this course etc.

You have done Mtech and now applied for project management ??? does not show any logical progression in your studies. Choose another Master Degree or higher level program.

Yes, But this is the only way if you have not thesis based master degree to be applied for Phd. Was your program post graduation level or just advance diploma ? I have same issue. I've done project based master, not eligible to get admission in phd so again I'm going to applying for master degree.

i meet many consultants regarding my case. They suggest me to apply for master if eligible. Chance to get visa on second attempt are 50% But You profile is good to go. Do you have Backlogs in you studies ?
