visa rejected under spp for first time

I was planning to go for this sept intake un fortunately my student visa got rejected . It was told that the proposed course of study is not satisfied.i scored 80% in 10 and 58% in 12 . I have taken computer science in higher secondary .i got offer letter for automation.but my visa was rejected . I scored
89 in english
56 in chem
56in phy
35 in maths
54 in computer in 12 and in 10 i got 8.4 cgpa
And from lower class onwards i have a passion on studying abroad
I chose automation because the college asked to clear mathematic paper after reaching there now can i re apply my visa in business studies it require only 50 % mark in maths in 10 or plus 2 can i resend my application it is very important because i had dropped my engineering course for this i had lost my one year. Can i reapply is there any chance of rejection.my father is doing busineess so after studying there i can help my father and also i can do multiple business here ..plZ HELP ME.. I HAVE NO TIME . INEED TO RE APPLY BEFORE AUG 1 WHICH IS LAST DATE FOR VISA SUBMISSION IELTS overall 6 . L 6, S6.5, W 6,R 6

Yes - you can certainly apply again. Yes - there's certainly a chance you're just going to be refused again. Your past marks are quite low so another refusal wouldn't be surprising.

Your refusal reason doesn't make sense (i.e. it's not an English sentence). It would be a good idea accurately type out the refusal reason(s) you were given.
