My visa got rejected twice with the reason that
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India (the country of the applicant) or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Diploma after B.E. is the reason, Go for Master's ............

There aren't any master's degrees available for internet programming or web development. If you wanna pursue a master's, you'll need to pick something else.

P.S. It's graduate certificate, not diploma. For god's sake, get your own program right!

Also, you didn't answer my question... what have you been doing since graduation apart from that Karrox course? One of the reasons of your refusal is "level of establishment in own country".
