VISA REJECTED -- need solution- Critical case.. plzz suggest !!

I have 6 year GAP in my studies.. frankly speaking due to some family circumstances i was not able to continue my studies and force to work..but now i wanna complete my studies.. i wanna go for Aviation Management course and later for CPL(commercial pilot) but as i got experience in Business and Marketing so my consultancy ask me to took a course in Business and Marketing(POST SECONDARY LEVEL) and later change your course when i will reach CANADA. i chose Georgian College in Canada.I got my offer letter from college. and sanction loan of 10 Lacs against a TERM deposit of 11 Lacs . took IELTS and score 6.5 band overall and a strong SOP as well as paid my first year fee to college. and carefully filled all GAP according to my work experience, also showed a family income of around 7 lacs annually with ITR return and all. my medical is also done Also Submitted and affidavit that my parents are sponsoring me and that i will come back after completion of course all this under SPP but then also my VISA got rejected for two reason----

1. you have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period you proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualification, previous studies , employment, level of establishment , other educational opportunities available in INDIA or CANADA , Language abilities or your future prospect or plans.

2. The supporting financial document you have provided shows large deposit inconsistent with your income. you have not provided adequate documentary evidence regarding the origin of this fund.

Now my consultancy ask me to re apply under GENERAL category.i know my GAP is a big concern and my chances is low but any Suggestion is welcome to increase my VISA chances.. plzzz SUGGEST me any way to increase my chances ...

dude apply for caips notes...!! ur case neds careful study!!

ur second reason shows some clues , ur loan basis must be FD , it must be very recent one may be..!! u need to show a steadt bank statement growing
over a period of time , without hugfe deposits at a go. take a loan on a property if possible .

increase ur IELTS score....!! see its mentioned language abilities!!! a socre of 7-5 -8 is a positive consideration for the VO.

since ur last level of study is also important ur 12th scores must be good.

Take up a bachelors at a university....try for a good sat score .....!!

caips will further increase our knowledge of reason of rejection..!!

SPEAKING-6.5
WRITING-5.5
I need only 6 for my course guess it is more than enough

about my 12th score it is 62%
and 10th is 72%

but my question is i have applied under SPP .. i have not submitted any copy of FD because my consultancy told me i don't need to show any source of income under SPP .. only loan letter will be enough.,ya my FD is a recent one but how the visa officer will come to know about deposit inconsistency when i have not submitted any other financial document. how can he find out only with loan letter..

Reasons are well defined. why did you choose a future course differently from that one of your previous academic background. it goes to show that you are not a serious student and want to leave india as soon as possible and have other intentions. A serious student has a clear cut idea in his or her mind about their future studies. Same problem with your financial reason. You had better hire a reputed and honest consultant than a misguided and a crook one who can guide you properly. That's all I can suggest honestly.
