Visa rejected! Low marks, Help me with the reasons for SOP! Please :(

My medicals passed yesterday and visa got rejected today

Reason: Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

BCA: 58%
PUC: 49%
SSLC: 53%
6 months gap between studies.
5 Backlogs.
IELTS: 6.5.

Reading and Speaking: 6.5
writing and listning:6

This might be the reason? Should i reapply? Online or Offline?

I'm worried Sep 1st week college starts Conestoga college

I'm applying again, with strong sop saying i'm good at practicals than theory subjects.

This is the reason, will this be considerable?

In my previous studies 10th, 12th grade and first year of my Bachelors studies it was my bad that I did not take studies seriously, after that I realized that I had to focus on my studies completely and eventually my grades improved with no backlogs. I am good at Computer Science which made me to opt the same course in bachelors and I was the topper of the Bachelors of Computer Application section with the highest marks (198/200) scored in the Final Year Project Semester. I was very good at Computer Programming practical’s than theory which led to my low grades in theory subjects.

Applied on 27th June and rejected yesterday. I.e. 16th july!

You'll get it don't worry. Since my education history is bad i was rejected.
I'm reapplying with strong sop and soe.

bro don't mind i know its hard for you ,but honestly i think your graduation marks below 60% may this was the reason of rejection and made you are file weak try another time hope you will get visa
